Are purchases refundable?
No. AEO Content Brief is a digital product, delivered instantly as a downloadable skill file with bonus materials. Because you receive the full product the moment you buy, all sales are final and purchases are not refundable.
What you get instead: a free setup call
We do not leave you stuck. Every purchase includes a free one-on-one setup call. If the skill does not run the way you expected, book the call and we will get it working with you. You will find the booking link in your purchase confirmation and your invoice email.
Check your setup before you buy
The skill runs inside your own Claude or ChatGPT (Pro, Max, or Plus) with a keyword tool connected, such as Keywords Everywhere, Ubersuggest, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. We recommend a subscription, not the API.
If you buy without those subscriptions or tools and the skill does not work for that reason, that is outside our control and is not grounds for a refund. To try the approach at no cost first, use the free Lite version, which runs with no extra tools.
Billing errors
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged the wrong amount, email support@aeocontentbrief.com with your order details and we will put it right.
